Wine Tasting Room

Sustainable Settings has become a state- certified wine tasting room for Jack Rabbit Hill winery, an estate winery located on Redlands Mesa near Hotchkiss, CO. The 70-acre property includes the Jack Rabbit Hill winery, Peak Spirits brandy distillery, 22 acres of vineyard, protected wildlife & wet- lands habitats, livestock pasture, and an on-farm composting operation. The only certified grape grower in Colorado, JRH is currently completing its Biodynamic certification process.
